Diggy your running the eclipse? Go with Edwards recommendations 15-20k to start in the center tube. I keep going down with it on the car I've been testing and it keeps getting better for me. Also double check your front droop I've found the Schumacher springs collapse fast as in put one run in then re-shim and it's good for 3-4 runs. I replaced them with speedmerchant springs on the car I'm testing to get more consistency out of it.
