Hey Nitro heads! Ive always loved running the Traxxas Revo since it has a 2 speed transmission. However, the Revo doesnt take a big block easily and the drive train gets wrecked easily as well. Im craving a regular 1/8 race truggy such as a Losi 8ight t 4.0 or a Mugen Mbx7tr with a 2 speed transmission for bashing! how awesome would that be?!! Very awesome.. I have the Mugen mbx7tr nitro. Im thinking of a way to get a 2 speed in it. The only thing i can think of is using the 2 speed center diff setup that mugen has in the Mgt7. It should fit and be a blast to run in the truggy!! However....the center 2 speed diff from the Mgt7 is a solid spool....perhaps ill still play with it and see how it turns out...idk about you guys, but im amazed that there isnt already a 2 speed setup for 1/8 scale buggies and truggie!!! obviously we cant race with them, but i loveeed basshing the 2 speed revo, and bashing a 2 speed truggy with a .28 would be amazing. Nothing bashes like a truggy does, the only trucks that do have 2 speeds are big, bulky, and just dont drive as nice as a truggy. Anybody who has information on a 1/8 truggy with a 2 speed, it would be highly appreciated if you could share some information here Perhaps somebody can give me their 2 cents and or opinion on the whole idea. Maybe we can get enough eyes to see this that a manufacturer will make a 2 speed center diff for 1/8 truggies
