No, My car is 731 after adding the 20ish grams of tungsten in strategic places.
I run a Associated R5.2 with aluminium screw kit, Red Mosquito conversion(chassis, magnesium hubs and pod uprights, Protoform AMR lightweight body, airtronics vortex speedo, airtronics rx-461, futaba servo, AMD transponder, 17.5t hotshot(severely needs updating), and Reedy 7000mah batt(again needs updating)
