Kyle had the same issue. He had to slightly ream out the carbon arm until when the plastic ball assembly is inserted the ball moves freely. Once this has been achieved. Remove the plastic ball assembly, place CA around the carbon hole and insert the plastic ball assembly again. This will insure they stay in place.
