The problem is the rear of the car whips around at corner entry. When I reduced the rear droop from 2mm to 1mm over ride height, put stiffer (27) front springs and glued the edges of the front tires it made the car more drivable but it needs more improvement, something to make it less titchy.

run a normal setup or one that is proven for CRC carpet high grip. Check out EA's and Robbie Dodge's setups from Stock Wars recently run at 360v2 in Rochelle NY.
Than glue the shit out your tire, like up to the flat almost. Than try different amounts of dope, 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, etc. My guess is you won't be able to go past half. Sorex 28's are waaaayyyyyy to soft for CRC black carpet especially if there's an established groove.
But yes less rear droop, less front droop, more weight forward, harder front springs, thicker oil up front, less camber, zero camber gain up front, higher roll center in the front, higher front ride height than rear. These are all things that would help with your aggressive over-steer problem from these tires.
