Yes, but you have to use it all. (ackerman, bellcrank, and I believe spindles.) All are in stock at fierceRC.
To add to this, you'll also need to trim the front of the mudguards and body for clearance as well as cut your steering turnbuckles down (remove about 3mm from both ends) or buy shorter ones from lunsford.
