Default Cogging w/ ROC 412

The MMX cogs on both the Tekin ROC412 installed in the Bomber as well as a Yeah Racing 21.5T motor that I bench tested. I tried replacing the sensor cable and LiPo battery. I also unplugged the servo to ensure nothing else was drawing power. After speaking with Castle they concluded that something was wrong with the ESC so they sent me a replacement.

The replacement MMX has the same cogging on the same two motors. I even tried a new transmitter and receiver, but nothing stops the low speed cogging.

Castle stated I should not have any cogging with the default settings and that I shouldn't have to "tune" out the cogging with software settings

I've had nothing, but dislike for Castle in the past, but I decided to give them a second chance. Before I give up on Castle and write them off for good, does anybody have suggestions on how to fix this cogging?

I had this same issue with my Bomber with the exact same setup. Buttery smooth in reverse and cogging like a mofo crawling forward? I figured out the sensored motors don't like to run in reverse efficiently with the MMX for some reason?!? So I flipped my ring gears around front and rear to correct the motor direction to normal instead of reverse and bam, no more cogging!!! :-)
