I suppose that's the bit I don't understand. It becomes a game of who has the deepest pockets.
Most indoor club tracks in the UK are less than 90ft in length but I can't imagine many club racers here are running anything slower than a 17.5.
The jump up to mod is just insane from the likes of 17.5 blinky. 13.5 boosted (which I run) is a pretty good intermediate level but some argue it's too fast. 13.5 blinky seems to be taking off here and has just been added to the national championship.
