Please stop spouting such nonsense. As has been explained to you many times in different threads, weight reduction on that scale doesn't affect top speed, it affects acceleration. See Newtons second law of motion, F = m a. Air resistance won't change, and rolling resistance from ground friction will have negligible change with such a small change in weight, so at top speed the forces are at the same equilibrium point.

In fact, FWD minis often accelerate quicker with added mass, due to more forward traction. They wheelspin if they're too light.
