Has anyone experienced the diff ball bearings seizing up on the shaft? Both my 3/8x1/4 flanged and 3/8x1/4 (enter bearing/closest to spur) bearings completely seized on the shaft. If the fit is extremely tight, I would just take some fine grit sandpaper and lightly remove some material. I had the same issue with my Associated 12R5.2. You can use a Panaracer spur gear or Yokomo's new spur gear.
