I managed to find the exploded view of both shocks. Not the same. The lack of Velvet coating wouldn't be a deal breaker, but I see that there is no bottom cartridge and some internal parts are different. Looks like they're an aluminum version of the RB6 RS shock. And they show 50 mm shafts on both ends, rather than the kit's 50 mm front, 58 mm rear. Hmmm
