For asphalt I start at 48 rear and 46 front. For carpet more like 46 rear, 44 front. What you want depends on the track and bite, and how much life you want to get from a set of tires.

TRC fronts take 2 flanged bearings per side, four in all. Try Parma tires, they work very well (straight and not yellow)
