Easier to backflip/frontflip, better in air control, easier to wheely, I guess more smile inducing . Also more tires and bodies are available to better fit the truck.

But this is also all personal preference on what you like to do with your MT and the look you like it to have. Which, by the way, is the main reasons this kit is sold without a body, wheels, tires, etc., so that the user has a great base to start with but a blank canvas as far as everything else goes.
