Yes I have a '17 Alu chassis on my old '15, zero extra parts needed. Only thing you might want to do is dremel the top-deck around the pinion, as there's no hole in the chassis to get to it on the '17.
Servo has been centralised but that works fine with the old servo mount. Motor mount hasn't moved.
One thing to be aware of is that they've moved the RF suspension blocks outwards slightly on the '17, so you get about 0.5deg less toe than on your old chassis. Easily corrected with different inserts.
And the steering posts moved backwards, so add a 1mm ackerman spacer to keep the ackerman similar to before.
