Thanks again my friend. Shapeways is a great way for people to design and produce their creations. I have a front bumper/skid from BRC via shapeways for my YZ4. It's a great part as its stronger, attaches via 4 screws over the kits 2 screw skid. Thus it seals the front diff and secures the front hinge pin brace nice and tight.
You’re all too welcome, the strong & flexible plastic they shoot is just fine for structural pieces. I will drill and tap the screw holes for the fan and chassis screws as per recommendations and I have an idea for adding a bit of bracing to shore up the strength of the SW waterfall
You lucked out on the YZ4 bumper, someone had your needs in mind.
I am having a bit of fun prepping for a turf race tomorrow, it is nice how I can put my shocks on the front of the rear arms on my SC6 so easily. I may have to hack up my RM RT6 body to set up the ST that way...
