I built a re-release Clod Buster. If you take your expectations back to the 80's when RC's were all about fun and looks and less about performance you will be happy. If you buy one expecting the durability and performance to be comparable to anything modern you will be sorely disappointed.
I run my Clod all stock and I love it.
I think everybody should build and drive a Tamiya re-release. They're so fun.
If you want a re-release with more performance capability there is the Associated RC10 World's kit.
