I have the latest generation steering rack. Lets call it the traditional one.
I've attached a copy of my current setup for the Mi5 Evo...it doesn't actually stray too far from the kit carpet setup. I added the 1mm shims behind the front wheels to help combat traction rolling but you could remove them and gain a bit more steering, especially going into corners. I'd also recommend the 2.5 degree rear arms unless you are running on a truly low-grip surface. 3 degrees will really lock in the rear of the car and not allow it to rotate, especially coming out of corners on-power.
