I would recommend the Airtronics MX-V radio system. I've been using one for a year and it has been flawless.

I recently picked up the new Futaba 3PV and my initial impression is that it feels cheap to hold and fits smaller hands. Almost feels toy-like to me and will have more feedback once I use it later this year.
