Just to answer my own question, I was only able to update my tekin rs gen 1 to 223 software. I put it into brush fwd/brk mode and it works well however I found that the current limiter function wasn't saving so it was defaulting to no limit. That was all using a pc with the latest software downloaded, I'll try using my android to change settings and see if they stick
The B1 had the choice of 25 or 32 software I think it was.
