So I did some searching and found a number of Android phones and tablets with similar problems that could be fixed. Most of them involve taking out the battery to do a hard reset but this didn't work on the radio. Does anyone have any other experience with unresponsive screens on Android devices that may help in my situation? Horizon will do an exchange for me but it may be few weeks before they are back in stock.
