Hi guys

Just wanna check with you that in the TRF419x manual, there is this section pertaining to adding of 3 ballast weights to the chassis. The manual states that adding of the weights if necessary. In this case, It is not mandatory to add these weights. May I know under what circumstances do we need to add these 3 ballast weights, and what method(s) to use to measure the chassis' weight so as to determine how many and what ballast weights to add?
