You don't want a wide (side to side bumper ) cause if you hit a board they bend down and scrub ground In the corners .
I really like the EAM bumpers cause they brace the body in a farward mounted body . and don't add much weight to the car vs stock one .
You need to keep in mind the heavier the front bumper the less potential steering you have ... On a proven setup anyone has add a heavier bumper and it will reduce steering to some degree depending on weight . I've always made my own bumpers to make contact with body properly @ about 8g stock was about 5g . the bsr is about 12g.
I've ran 3g bumpers and could feel the difference between them . 5-7g is my compromise between durability and performance.
OK, you mean the foam, sorry about that. I have been using the EA bumper since Reedy and it is great.
