As far as checking if its a clutch issue ,just roll the car by hand ,the car
should roll freely on its own with out the fly wheel trying to turn on the engine!

If it does try to spin engine while pushing the car or hard to push the car
by hand,then it could be a clutch issue or in the running gear.

Ive gotten rc;s new before were the factory didn't assemble things right!...
