Ran the B6 for the first time Sunday. This was also my first time ever running a buggy. This car reacts very quickly compared to a T5M. I thought it did well, just had a bit of an issue with the car pushing during on-power turns. I thought going to 1mm spacer, or no spacer, on the ackerman might solve the issue. But, I just left it alone for the moment.
Race results were pretty good. First qualifier, spent a lot of time being marshalled and was 7th out of 8. Second qualifier I settled down and tried to be smooth, if not super fast. Placed third. My main came up and I was third again! Now, this was B-Main, so I understand I have work to do, but I was pretty happy with the results considering I've never ran buggy before. I think I'll keep this car.
Oh, I'll add it was the box stock set up. Using a Reedy Mach3 17.5, Reedy BlackBox 800Z esc, and Savox 1257 servo.
