It's a matter of preference. Metal shielded are fine especially if you run on astro they'll last a while compared to a dusty track.

The Lutz clutch will work, you'll probably need the mugen style bell though.

As far as kits, usually Tower is the cheapest but right now Amain or Absolute are probably the cheapest @ 549 plus the coupon codes
