Hi! Happy to help. Remember that at the end of the day it's a lot about preference because it's all about compromise...
1. OS Speed -> The most reliable, most long lasting engines on the market. One of the main reasons is the DLC crankshaft and the pin virtually never wears. But also the Piston/Sleeve will last a very long time. I think that the XZ-R is the most powerful of all, the bottom end is absolutely insane and I felt that it calls for taller gearing than all the other engines I have used so far. I feel that the R2101 is smoother, with smoother powerband and little better runtime.
The only downside is that you have to watch your temps, they don't operate well over 235-245 degrees Fahrenheit (even when modified)
2. Novarossi Mito 9C -> I heard that this engine is derived from the Flash PT engine. If that's the case, it's probably one of the best engines Novarossi offers in terms of Performance/reliability/Price. The Flash PT is an amazing engine and underrated. Very reliable and super fast. Actually I would recommend the Flash PT/A if you want to go Novarossi. Best Price/Performance.
Nova 21 engines operate well up to 270 degrees Fahrenheit. But I heard of some guys going crazy fast at 300 which sounds like a lot. Bottom line is that Novarossi based engines run good when really hot.
3. Ielasi Tuned -> Never tried but I heard they're great. One thing I heard is that they are tuned to have a lot of timing. If that's the case you have to know how to setup your clutch real good.
4. Picco EMX -> This has to be the fastest engine I have ever driven, and price is good. Just have to be careful with the tune, can't do mistakes. Runs great at 220 Degrees Fahrenheit. They like to run really rich on bottom and top too. Only down side is that they don't last as long as let's say an OS or even a Nova.
5. Max Power RP9 -> Never tried. Nova based engine but with smaller crank barrel. I heard they were crazy fast but they're on the expensive side.
6. Telsa -> Never tried. Max Power based engines, Tuned my the same guy (Massimo Fantini I think?). Great engines, fast and durable. Lot's of Bottom End I heard. I heard that the Price is right.
About the runtime, you can make runtime with virtually any engine, it's just how you run it that matters (restrictor, header, Pipe, Fuel, etc...)
