Made the titanium inner hinge pins. They work great. Decided to mill a recess for the set screw to retain them. Even after minor tangle with a corner dot that normally would kill a standard pin I found no damage. The TI king pins with a boss for the spring to rest on works great, zero binding at the higher angles.
This is what VBC needs to add to the next version.
