I don't think anyone can say, not even hobby shops that have insider knowledge. HPI might be going through a phase right now after being bought out. I talked to my local hobby shop and he said there isn't a drying up of parts for the savage line, but I disagree. Ideally, they should arrive later this year, Q3 maybe Q4. With that will replenish the parts support.
