LPS 1 lube would be good on dog bones and arms,etc but not bearings. Its a dry lube,probably Teflon. A thin oil, even synthetic is needed for bearings. Never use WD40 on bearings. Theres a long explanation why, not going into it here.
Good point. I don't lube my bearings. We run Boca Green Seals. They're packed with grease from the factory, and the seals are tight from the inner to the outer race. Not the best from a rolling resistance standpoint, but good for club level racing and damn near bulletproof.
