The BRCA have a price limit for lipo's and motors, so no one in the UK can run any of the 'Certified' stuff in a BRCA event, and most other race series base their rules on the BRCA, so thankfully the blinky arms race can't escalate that far up the price range

What is to keep a person from just taking the sticker off that says certified? Or swapping stickers with a regular version?
