Also check your radio settings (verify with your manual on proper end points, exponentials, etc) and how they are bound to the speed control. Time after time somebody asks how to do this or that, you tell them, they do it and then come back saying it didn't help. So you watch them run and/or then drive their car and you find out they have full throttle of the speed control at quarter trigger throw.
