You shouldn't have to use that Aluminum diff cover. All you have to do is use a bearing instead of the plastic bushing and that diff is bulletproof. I have been running them in my ZX6 for over a year now and no leaks. I think that the Aluminum diff half is for the 2wd gear diff which is different. the RZ6 uses the ZX6 gear diff.
