More than likely Losispeed the Ntc3 will handle the 30mm ok, but you may have some problems turning left or right maximum due to the inside shoulder of the rims rubbing on the shock screws that attach to the lower arm. Which in turn will restrict your full right to left turns. This is the reason why most of us run 26mm or maximum 28mm fronts.
