Reedy Mach 3 17.5 1C SS Tuning Question
Hi,
I recently purchased the thread title motor. I ran it last night for practice for the first time and had a couple of questions on how to get the most out of it. My gearing is currently 69/32 with a timing of 30, after 5 - 7 minutes the motor was around 140 degrees. Some people at my track have told me that the reedy likes to be around 170 degrees. What are some of your opinions? I can fool with the motor myself but would like some insight so I'm not wasting my time or potentially causing damage to the motor itself.
