I can go a bit more on budget but not much. I ordered a few items from rcmart and never received them. They would not reply back to emails either. I had to end up filing a paypal claim against them. That is only one of many reasons why I prefer to shop within the U.S.
Can understand that. I have never had a problem with them but of course I don't mean to say that you never did. I guess if you pay with paypal then your at least covered for items not received, so you could always try again but its up to you in the end.
