Agree with that, but the thing that appeals to me with carpet is having new tracks more frequent. Our indoor track changes about three or four times a year which burns people out. The first few weeks of new layouts driver participation spike then drops off once people get bored it seems. I am thankful to have anything though, local track is 10 minutes from my house with a fully stocked hobby shop.
