No problem, if you were to cut them in half you would see there is not much difference between domed and square. Also worst case if it's really dusty or dirty I sometime run an extra piece of foam inside the intake holes, in Europe when they run in the wet, the modify drinking cups to place over it, so technically the water has to run up in the cup before reaching the intake.

I have attached a pic of a Nova INS that I added the Foam to. Although I do have to return slightly as the INS box itself is a restrictor, and the added foam just adds a little more restriction.

Just be happy your not running a SG / Mantua airbox, although it looked cool, weighed a lot!
