You can set the pro-trak up to wait before discharging the cells once they have charged in the cycle.
You can also tell it to do a part-discharge and then a repeak.
You can also set the repeak current if you want it to be different from the normal peak current
Cell type is for NiMH or NiCD, charge type should be linear for NIMH's, Dischargge first means you can ask the charger to discharge the pack before starting the cycle, or start charging straight away (I no longer use the discharge before charging function)
Basically you don't need these things, I use the cycle on a standard setting, with no delays, and no repeaks, and I only do one cycle at a time.
