I have converted an NGH GT9 engine for a boat setup. Made a custom exhaust for it as well.
Everything seems to be okay, except that yesterday I drove the boat and the starter belt melted on the exhaust. (it shouldn't have touched the exhaust, but somehow did)
The starter belt is a standard belt bought on ebay. I don't know much information on it.
I can't seem to insert an image nor upload it.
I know bigger gas boats have different V belts and they probably don't melt that easy.
I tried to search for them but didn't find anything.
Anyone has any information on these belts, preferably the ones that's the same size as nitro starter belts?
