Hello folks long story short I was cleaning out my garage and ran into my rc10b4.1 rtr that I bought 5 years ago and want to have fun with it again.

Im not really interested in tracking it anymore although who knows I might end up there. Mainly want to toy around with it mainly on asphalt although I'm sure I'll run into grass dirt whatever.

Would appreciate some recommendations on motor esc setup as well as gearing. I love speed and will be racing some buddies, with that said I don't want the thing overheating and blowing up, looking for reliability. Budget isn't an issue although I'm sure competition parts aren't necessary for my purpose, if y'all feel it is well then it is and I'll go with that haha.

Any other suggestions regarding toughening it up a bit, tires. Also maybe a new servo( savox 1258?), controller?
