4.2 volts per cell max.... your charger should be fine at charging them to full capacity

I would set my LVC a lot higher... SPC recommends like 3.5v per cell.....

I had a nano-tech, it was the biggest piece of junk battery I have owned... puffing is not normal -- you either charged it, and let it sit charged, or you over-discharged it.....

if you are going to store your battery, you need to put it in storage mode, you can't store them fully charged
