Can anyone point me in the direction of an "engine maintenance bible"? Everyone at my track does it differently, including doing nothing and this seems to be the only forum where everyone generally agrees!
Some key questions I have are;
How often should I pull down my engine to clean/inspect it?
What should I be looking for when I do e.g what should/shouldn't my piston look like, do I need to be able to read my glow plug?
What should I use to clean the internals and how clean does it need to be.
How often should I replace the bearings, conrod, piston, sleeve.
What don't I know that I should consider?
