I'm not running, so I guess my opinion is moot.... but this is what was posted:

Saturday practice 8am to 12 noon qualifiying starts 12.30 pm for 2 rounds.
Sunday starts 8am to finish.
There will be 3 rounds qualifying 3 A finals and all lower will have 2 finals.

I guess it's up to whether you read the last line as a continuation of Sunday's details, or a summary of the competition over Saturday and Sunday.....
