The screws are fine, so long as you have decent tools. MIP is nice (very nice), but you don't have to spend that kind of money to get decent tools.

Swaybar & mounting kit would be nice, if you have experience in how to setup a car and have something like this to use:

At the very least, get something to measure your ride height, if you don't want all the setup tools at once. The rest can be borrowed at the track from another racer who is persuaded with a free lunch.

Tires and oils would be something you need to determine from others at the track you race at. No point in me recommending SWEEP 32 tires and 600 cst oil, if that is not recommended at your track.
