Got a few laps on my f1 25.5 this weekend.
Tamiya f1 at 1050 weight...with 25mm fan.
I am running indoor carpet (crc gray) on a track roughly a little smaller than the snowbirds surface.
I started gearing at 43/93 and after a few laps temp was at 159F.
Started gearing down and got to 41/93 but temp was still reaching around 145. Timing is factory set (think its at 20 on bell...but will look tonight).
Is it time to pull timing out of the motor? Or should I go for another tooth on the pinion?
