It is pretty odd to have a failure like this and not see anything broken and have it go back together and work for a short period again. With the power we put through these things, stuff usually either works or its broken.
Yes, disassembled all the way down to taking out the rubber o-rings.
It's kind of why we are scratching our heads here. It doesn't seem like there is anything in the box that could 'come loose' unless it plain broke.
