I think someone already mentioned this matter in the past. With the Speedtech's locked diff I think you have to limit the amount of travel of the steering, otherwise it is quite normal to hear that noise. Maybe someone else might give you more detailed information 
I am currently using a locked diff made locally using also Alex's original one way cups and I have no problem at all
