The cloth tape has a sticky side just like normal tape. I think it was athletic trainer's tape.

I thought using window mesh but theres nothing that will glue it down. If the mesh debonds in one spot the tire is ruined especially after its glued to the wheel.
What glue did you use for the cloth mesh. Where do you find the material?
