Also that Lexan looks pretty thin in your other thread. It's not soda bottle or rc body thin is it? If so it's going to flex too much, rattling the esc more than a more solid mount. Also Lexan that thin tends to tear. I'd recommend getting some 1/8 thick Lexan sheet, under $20 at Home Depot for sheet that's about 10x18. With that thickness you might not need to support the overhang at all.
Just reread your post. I haven't tried diagonal. I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to lines lol

I will give that a try and see. Like I said on the other thread. Maybe the elst Xxl receiver mount will work.

Regarding the cap pack. Hope someone here shed some input. Anyone?
