I just purchased an completely new 4x4 SCT setup: Tekno 410.3, Tekin RX8 G2 w/ Tekin Pro4 HD 4300 motor (running 2S). I ordered it with a 16 and 17T pinion for my track that has 140ft straight and a bunch of 180* turns/jumps. With that in mind, did I pick the correct pinions to test? Thanks.

BTW, two fellow racers have the Tekno 410 - one running 4000kv Xerun, and the other the Tekin HD 4300. The Tekin owner uses a 15T pinion, and is having on-throttle traction problems, the 4000kv uses a 17T and is smooth on acceleration. I know there may be other setup issues, but it seems the smaller pinion is too aggressive on the low end. Any thoughts?
